Changing veterinarians or veterinary practices can often be a very stressful thought for a pet owner, to the point that some owners remain in uncomfortable veterinary pet care situations, seeking out a new vet only when starting over with a new puppy, kitten, or adult pet.
Our staff is tuned into these concerns and if you want to join our Hillmount family, we will make every effort to make the transition as stress free as possible. For the best care your previous vet can fax your records, or bring your last receipt and vaccination certificate. For patients that have in depth medical concerns providing medical records is helpful.
If possible, we ask that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can complete a new client folder for you and your pet. Lisa and Ange, our receptionists, have each been members of our team for 10 years and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
Even though we are a very busy veterinary practice make every effort to honor your appointment time. We have very few magazines in our reception area because we don't want you to have to sit a long time to read them.
